Spaces are available on a first sign up and paid deposit, first reserved basis. The facilities team will email you with what dates you are able to set up based off when you signed up and paid your deposit. Please know that based off the number of sign ups and deposits paid; if you sign up and pay you deposit for all 4 dates, the team will have to take away one of your dates to give more opportunity for all vendors. In the event this happens, your deposit for one of the dates taken away will go toward your total balance or refunded based off of how many dates are assigned to you.

I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $25 is due to reserve my space and that the remaining balance is due by 1/31/2023. I also understand that if I dont not pay the remaining balance in time, my space will be forfeited.
